The global AM transformation programme, initiated by Logica in 2011, was successfully deployed in more then 15 countries on 3 continents with the strong P&PM assistance collaboration secured by BINETIX LLC.

The Application Management was a BI transformation programme focused in providing and normalizing globally the application support services including but not limited to incident management, problem management, service request management and application monitoring, and other application support activities such as data management, communication and training to end users.
