Dear BINETIX Community,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, so does our response. We want to keep everyone informed about how we are operating under the Pandemic conditions. 

With executive order No20-03/12/20 all BINETIX employees, with just a few exceptions, have been working from home with a secure connection. We have also canceled all company travels and events. We have limited the direct human contact as the health and safety of our community has been — and will always be — our top priority. Social distancing is what we all need to be doing right now.

In accordance with the Information Security Guide, section 17.1 and under ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Standard, section A.17, we have activated the Business continuity management plans to ensure that our core systems and services continue to operate as usual during this period. We are fully committed to continue providing our customers and partners with the products and services they depend on.

Our senior leadership team remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation in real-time and responding rapidly as conditions change. If you have any questions, our support team is available and will be able to respond within our usual timeframes.

At BINETIX, we are committed to doing all it takes to protect and support our community. We will coordinate our responses, take strong and collective action, and get through this together.
