2011, Binetix Established as an Innovation Hub

The company kicked off as a fresh startup with a tight-knit crew of 5 skilled software and hardware engineers.

Their goal was to create a top-notch communication and computing setup for managing and controlling devices using a sensor network powered by Zigbee and Erlang.

After a year of hard work and collaboration with top labs from the National Academy of Science, they had successfully rolled out the proprietary software and hardware product BINETIX® AGE (Advanced Grid Environment).

2012, Successful Deployment of Distributed Clinical EHR Solution

Binetix, backed by of the European Innovation Development Fund, has successfully adapted and integrated the BioAGE platform for distributed aggregation, management, and full-text search of clinical and administrative data necessary for electronic health records (EHR) into clinical practices and laboratories.

BioAGE received significant commendation from representatives of the European Commission and the National Academy of Science, and was acknowledged as a notably innovative and effective approach for gathering diverse and georaphically disparesed clinical information by HL7.

2013, Deployment of International ATM and Mobile Payment Solutions

The execution of the collaborative initiative aimed at delivering mobile payment services, launched by Binetix and co-financed by MoneyGram and DSK Bank (OTP Group), has been successfully finalized.

The deployment of this solution was unprecedented in the European payment services market at that time and demonstrated in practice the efficiency and simplicity with which cash and non-cash flow payments can be reconciled concurrently across multiple payment channels - ATMs, Apple and Android based mobile devices, and Microsoft web-based workstations.

2014, First Digital Transformation and Global Service Delivery

A comprehensive merger and acquisition initiative has been launched in conjunction with the digital transformation and acquisition of Logica Corporation by CGI, spanning 22 countries across three continents.

Binetix, acting as an external service delivery company, played a pivotal role by offering a full suite of Program and Project management services, including global deployment of an ITIL-based business process optimization model, support for organizational Change Management, and the facilitation of global enterprise resource planning.

2017, National Postal Payments Automation

In collaboration with our strategic partner, Bulgarian Post, Binetix has effectively customized its premier payment platform, BINETIX® PTM, to meet the unique business needs, operational practices, and workflows of the largest national postal service company.

This successful implementation has led to the automation of all postal services related to financial transactions between individuals and legal entities, payments to external government institutions, as well as transactions under SWIFT, Moneygram, and other international payments facilitated by the Universal Postal Union.

The System has been deployed nationwide across more than 3000 post offices, supporting over 9,000 workstations.

Binetix has successfully passed all quality, control, and information security assessments carried out by the auditors from the internationally acclaimed certification company SGS®.

Binetix acquired two major worldly recognized certificates:

2019, Complete Automation for Banking Documentary Operations

The execution of a comprehensive software solution and the automation of banking operations associated with trade financing necessitates not only extensive expertise in documentary operations but also meticulous coordination of workflow efficiency among various bank departments, SWIFT communication, and overall proficient management of the project.

By the end of 2019, Binetix successfully finalized the programme management and execution of a two-year initiative aimed at the implementation and automation of bank guarantees, letters of credit, collections, and check payments required by the largest entity within the OTP Banking Group.

As a result of this initiative, the BINETIX® PTM and LIBREE® products were successfully deployed and integrated into the banking infrastructure.

Binetix is expanding its operations in providing new services in audio and video processing industry by establishing a fully equipped in-house studio.
